Although our passion is doing complex and cosmetic cases, we understand that not everyone needs or wants it. So ''YES'' we do accept new patients of any priority level. Remember, we don't judge here. Q. How do I become a new patient in you practice? A. The best way is to call us right now at (919)933-3388! How do I get to the office? A. We are located in the Southern Village community in Chapel Hill. From I-40, take exit 273 towards Chapel Hill for about 2 1/2 miles, go under the overpass and take an immediate right joining 15-501 South. Stay on the Road for about 2 miles, take the 15-501 South exit towards Pittsboro and turn left at the end of the ramp. Drive exactly one mile and Southern Village is to the right. Do I pay for my visit at the time of my appointment? A. YES, you will pay for what we did on that day, unless we made prior arrangements. Q. Do you help with insurance processing? A. YES, we do. We will take all of your insurance information and submit them to your benefits provider at the end of each visit. They will then pay you with a check in about 2 weeks. We always request that the insurance company pay you. Q. What kind of services does Dr. Saib provide? A. Dr. Saib is highly trained in simple and complex cosmetic and restorative cases. This includes porcelain veneers, cosmetic porcelain crowns, bridges, TMJ therapy, dental implants and dental prosthetics such as dentures, and partials. See the ''What we do'' link. Q: Does Dr. Saib accept children as patients? A. We do not see children under the age of 10. We love kids, but our office is best suited for the bigger ones.
